    yoga on? Also love this challenge I just do it on a loop each week! 20 mins
    every morning is just enough to wake me up and shape up my body!

  11. this video is great. I’ve committed myself to a daily workout routine
    followed by a beginners yoga session, this is the first video I found and
    I’m going to stick with this one for now. I’m not flexible enough to go all
    the way with some of the positions yet. but I’m sure I will get better.

  12. this workout Was Great for me.ive done a few other video yoga workouts
    since Jan 1st.Ive made it my New years resolution to work out and lose
    weight.This yoga workout Was better than all the others.Its the right
    amount of time for a beginner and i Was surprised i felt the burn.i didnt
    expect to feel in my muscles like id had an High impact workout.Cant wait
    to do # 2 tomorrow.I feel Great.
