  2. I’ve been doing this workout everyday this week so far and sometimes even
    up to 4 times a day it’s so much fun. I haven’t lost any kilos yet but I
    think I am becoming fitter with a better stamina. I’m going to go for a run
    in the morning and test it out! Really excited!! Hopefully if I keep doing
    it, I can lose some weight☺️ Does anyone have any more workout
    recommendations as great as this one? I love this so much FUN FUN

  5. I think I will try this workout along with running a mile on the elliptical
    each day. And a bit of healthy eating like I will eat what my mom makes and
    for snacks maybe an apple or something nothing else. I will comeback with
    results !!!!
