Weight loss workout routine | What I did at the gym to help me lose 70+ pounds | BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Body Fat Tip:
You should try drinking a glass of skim milk with your breakfast instead of having juice. The skim milk does not have the sugar that juice has and it will help you feel full for much longer so there will be no harmful snacking in between your meals. When you go grocery shopping, have a list and a time limit for yourself set before you step out your door. When you know what you're going to buy and how much time you can spend at the store, you spend less time wandering in sections that contain more unhealthy food choices. In addition, you make sure you have everything you need to keep your cupboards and fridge full of healthy options. If you wish to lose weight, you should reduce your daily consumption of fates and sugars. A healthy amount of fats and sugars is required, but it is already contained in the food that you should eat. You should stay away from pop and energy drinks, sweets and fast food.

  1. Was stuck in a plateau and was so close to giving up! Did this workout (minus the triceps press,couldn't find the machine) and lost 2lbs! Definitely kicked my butt but gonna do it again today! I'll let you guys know!!

    Day2- lost another 1.5lbs. Im sorrreeee. Had to skip the leg curls cuz I was nauseous.
    Day3 is my rest day
    Day4. Since it was my rest day the day before. I went back up 2lbs unfortunately. Did the workout but wasn't eating great cuz my friend came over.

  2. been going to the gym for 2 weeks now, and i've recently started doing weights. i still dont know how to use a lot of the machines so i'm going to ask the employee to explain it to me today lmao/
