When walking to lose weight fast you need to walk so fast that when I (your trainer) says stop that you have nothing left in the tank and you have no choice but to stop completely and rest, sit down and/or get some water.

If you’re walking and I say stop and you are still able to walk then you may not lose weight as fast simply because you are not giving 110% when you walk.

So if you cannot stop completely then instead of walking to lose weight fast you will need to start running to lose 10, 20 or 30 pounds as fast as possible because you need to make the workout more intense

The amount of weight you lose (whether it be in a week or a month) still depends on how overweight you are. The more overweight you are = the faster you will lose weight.

In the walk workout video I’m giving you many options to make yourself heavier in order to help you burn more calories or to lose weight much faster because again the heavier you can make yourself or the more obese you are = the faster you will burn fat.

The options that I used in the video are a teddy bear, book bag WHICH you must fill up with stuff to make heavier and a book bag. You are not limited to those options. Whatever you can do to make yourself heavier then go for it so you can lose weight fast like in a week!

For the adding of extra weight to lose more weight faster in a week trick to work you have to add at least 10% of your own weight for it to work.

If you weigh 120 pounds then add at least 12 pounds
If you weigh 150 pounds then add at least 15 pounds
If you weigh 175 pounds then add at least 17 pounds
If you weigh 200 pounds then add at least 20 pounds
If you weigh 225 pounds then add at least 22 pounds
If you weigh 250 pounds then add at least 25 pounds
If you weigh 275 pounds then add at least 27 pounds
If you weigh 300 pounds then add at least 30 pounds
If you weigh 325 pounds then add at least 32 pounds
If you weigh 350 pounds then add at least 35 pounds
If you weigh 375 pounds then add at least 37 pounds
If you weigh 400 pounds then add at least 40 pounds

Rest 30-to-60 Seconds & Repeat up 4 times for a FULL 30 minute at home weight loss workout

Notice how the rest pyramids down and then back up on a 30-20-10-10-20-30 pattern.

To seriously lose weight fast in week or at the very least 20 pounds in a month then you need to do this workout every day or at least 4 days a week 1-to-2 times per day if you are only walking. Along with walking to lose weight you also need to go on a diet to lose weight as well because no matter how much walking, running, jumping jacks or etc. that you do if you don’t diet correctly meaning if you do not eat the right amount of calories you will not lose weight at all walking.

Make sure you watch for a diet where you can eat anything you want and still lose weight no matter if you like ice cream, pizza or whatever you will lose weight fast as long as you eat the right amount of calories to lose weight.

Overall my point is that even if you work your butt off walking to lose weight then all of that hard work will not matter if you do not eat right, diet or eat the right amount of calories to lose weight.

  3. I was doing this workout ,running with a weighted vest. Working hard..but back hurting. Then I looked up and saw you skipping. So I tried that…and OMGGGGGGG, it seemed easier, but I was WAY more tired and out of breath after and it didnt hurt my back. 🙂
