Body Fat Tip:
Even when dieting, you can still enjoy ribs! Make a simple non-fat marinade by combining 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/3 cup molasses, 1/3 cup dijon mustard, 2 tbsp each of tomato paste and soy sauce, and 3 tsp of hot chili seasoning. This makes enough marinade for up to 3 pounds of pork ribs – plenty for the whole family! Remember to eat in moderation, pairing a couple of ribs with a tasty salad.Walk your way to weight loss. One of the most effective ways of losing weight is by walking. It is convenient, doesn't cost anything, and you can do it with a friend. Just be sure to have a good pair of walking shoes. Remember that whether you walk or run a certain distance, you will burn about the same amount of calories, and walking is a lot more relaxed! Start slowly and try to build it up so that you can walk comfortably for an hour using a moderate pace.

  1. isn't fermented soy ok? like soy sauce, I use on my meats, its fermented (the old fashion way) for months, not like the commercial fermented soy sauce, sold by in the general food stores, which they add a chemicals to speed up the fermentation, instead of months, it take days

  2. I would say the U.S. is the capital of process foods, I live in Mexico and lots of foods are organic by nature, they don't need a seal, yes there is process foods but can easily avoid but you find in the food markets in Mexico more home made foods and Mexico has grass fed beef, beef from Sanora

  3. Eat cactus people, the ones called “nopal”, why? Because no industry is paying attention to it which mean they are not messing whit them which mean they are for sure organic plus very healthy in fact!
