  1. it really works ,,, but only 2 boil eggs in dinner is enough . in morning 2 brown bread slice with fish curry . for lunch eat apply or pear thats it and 5 mugs of green tea, n 2 liter water. i lose 10 kg in 6 month with 1 hours exercise in morning n evening .. 😀

  2. nope. don’t try this diet. it is way below the calorie intake even the amount to lose weight. eat at least 1200 calories because the average person needs to consume 2000. this diet is below 900 so the metabolism will adjust to that intake, if the person completed the diet and going back to eating normally, the weight that had been lost is going to come back. research made up diets before and look up the aftermath
