  1. I have personally been dropping weight such as never before, applying the weight loss plan “lyly amazing guide” (Google it). It’s been the most successful plan I’ve ever used. Do a Google search and read up on that.

    theres no such thing as “Best Fat-burner”
    Eat less Kcals than your body burns, I eat 2500 Kcals, but my body burns 3000kcals, so i lose fat.
    Bananas are not some miracle fat burner, No food is a miracle fat burner, you have to eat less than your body can burn so it turns to the fat stores for its energy.

    i have proven you know very little about the way the body really workd, and putting out this video is irresponsible and gives false information, not to mention false hope.

  3. my grandma use to eat many bananas a day so many that the doc told her to stop eating them cause of the white blood cells count was way way to high from eating too many bananas

  5. I constantly hear the contrary about fat content in food. I hear eating HIGH fat foods such as avacados and almonds and meats like bacon and dairy like grass-fed butter are good. But bananas are totally fine, from the results I’m getting as well.
