That i knew I had to drop around 9 lbs, but every diet program and
technique I tried, let me down. However when I found the diet “lyly amazing
guide” — you could Google it — Knew I had to give it a try. I lost 9
pounds in a week.
I Googled the “fizy unique plan” and it seemed like a good idea to try it.
I started out dropping excess weight almost immediately. My good friend
also followed the plan along with she lost 13 lbs.
Is fruit a simple carb or complex?
These are great tips. Thanks. I’m trying the Atkins diet. It starts off
with really low carbs and then you add to it over time so that you end up
on a great diet of good whole foods. Stop the junk food and work out
regularly with workout bands and jogging. I’m documenting as often as
possible on my channel hoping to encourage others and help keep myself
accountable.
I’m really dehydrated as my doctor said but the thing is, I just don’t get
thirsty at all! And also when I try to drink more water I just feel like
I’m drowning inside.

Natural way is the best and shortest way to get a slim body… I am only

No hate, buy don’t really believe you drank 2 gallons some days because 2
gallons is 7 litres and with drinking 6 litres a day, you die.
im on a 19 day meal plan that many people have tried and it was a success
for them. what it is is she basically tells you what foods to eat for
breakfast lunch and dinner, and you eat those same foods everyday. its a
900 calorie diet so i thought it would be good. the thing is, for dinner i
have one cup of oatmeal, and she allowed honey! so i have honey and milk
everday!! should i replace them woth veggies or just continue on with the
diet?
