  3. I'm pretty heavy-have been all my life (born at 10 lbs). I don't love the cold but I don't like artificial heat and always keep the heat in my house low (I live in the northeast-it gets pretty cold here). I also rinse in cold water after a shower because it prevents dry skin. I give off A LOT of body heat. In the winter I fog up car windows from all the heat I give off. Could it be that I have more brown fat?
    My blood sugar and blood pressure is basically normal, but I do have an immune system issue (Pernicious Anemia). You have me wondering now.

  4. Hey Shawn, thanks for this info! I have had an influx of ads about Exipure which lead me to this video about BAT. Have you heard or seen any unbiased info on this supplement? YouTube and Google are overwhelmed with “testimonials” that create more skepticism for me than proof.
