@Defrath I agree with you on this one. Body fat percentage doesnt always
determine visibility of the abdominal region. @MrKneemy water retention has
a lot to do with it. It is why fitness athletes cut water before
competitions!!

How is this guy 9 % ? I hab the same mm on the spots but i came out at 12.7
%. even from the way i look, im a bit leaner.
