  9. I have started with my trademill..but the initial change which i observed is ..getting my arms& thighs it a good sign for weight loss or do i need to change myself ..with my routine&diet ????

  10. When you do your crunches, try not to arch your back so much. Rise with your upper abs, then push your chest forward as you come up, so you are sitting perfectly straight. You should feel the change in your lower abdomen almost immediately.
