My Workout routine for a 22kg weight loss- A full week of working out

Body Fat Tip
The whole 8 glasses a day rule is really something you should strive for. The best way to do this and to measure your water intake is to buy a jug from the drug store or grocery store that is designed to hold exactly 8 glasses of water. These are great weight loss tools because you can fill them up, freeze them and as it melts throughout the day you have fresh and cold water. Or, if you don't mind your water room temperature you can drink it that way as well. All that matters is that you're getting in the water your body needs. Drink a glass of water before you sit down to eat. Water will naturally make you feel fuller so you don't have to eat as much food.

  1. any tips on workout routines when you live in a dorm? i’m too self conscious to workout at the school gym and i never know for sure if my roommates will be out long enough for me to do anything

Every time I go to school I always feel so insecure because all these people work out and have these hourglass bodies and l on the other hand like I don’t workout and don’t have those bodies so every time I see them with their skinny jeans and their tops I feel like I’m the odd one out so then that’s when I started working out I still felt insecure but I knew that I was going to get there too where they are now and I just felt more alive and amazing every time I worked out

    If you are also insecure to your body as much as I am don’t give up because you will get there and don’t be harsh on you or your body by starving yourself or comparing because everyone deserves a break everyone is capable of being who they want to be ♥️

  3. Im a teenager and want lose weight but its not the first time i trying to lose weight i tried to lose weight so often and for so a long time but i always failed but now i got motivated and im starting again but this time for me

  4. I’m going to be moving out of home soon I plan onto focusing on myself as I won’t be distracted into making my parents proud of me I’ll be to stay in task and not get distracted or stopped to do what they want me to do, I’m going to cancel my gym membership and workout at home the natural way
