Select an exercise routine that suits your lifestyle. Everybody has a different lifestyle and a different profession. There is no set time that you should or should not workout. If you like to workout late before you go to bed because it is relaxing to you then do it. If you like to workout early in the morning because it helps you wake up then that's great too. Some people like to workout on their lunch break to take a break from the stress of their job or because that is the only time they have available.

Don't be intimidated by the weight section. Take this workout and practice it in the gym. =)
Here's the workout sequence –
Warm up: 5 – 10 mins
Superset 1: Goblet Squat / In & Out Jumps
4-Minute Incline Interval Running
Superset 2: Bent-Over Row to Deadlift / Push-up & Twist
4-Minute Speed Interval Running
Superset 3: Bicep Curl to Shoulder Press / Bench Dips
4-Minute Incline Interval Running
Superset 4: Half V Tucks / Spiderman Plank
4-Minute Speed Interval Running
*Each Superset: 8 Minutes, 8 Intervals (45secs Workout – 15secs Rest)
*Rest for 1 minute between each transition
Total Time: 1 hour
Estimated Calories Burned: 450 – 550Cals
Best Results: Do this workout 2 to 3 times weekly on alternate days
Perform moderately intense workout on other days.
*You can perform the treadmill cardio training on other machines such as stepper, cross-trainer, row, bicycle etc.

I'm 15 years old and weigh 72 kilos, covid-19 has changed my life and I have stopped exercising a year ago, I've gained 12 kilograms (I know its also because I'm a teenager and still growing but it's mostly fat in my stomach and thighs ) and I can't bear to look at my reflection, my lifestyle became unhealthiest that its ever been and I need to start eating less and more healthy. I'm going to start going to the gym but I'm not going to be getting a private trainer or joining a group so I really hope that this video will help me improve my body and overall my lifestyle.

My height is 164 cm and weight is 66 kg..
When she says 8 intervals does that mean doing each set workout move 8 time or doing each set 4 times for the two workout sets she gives?
I have a question does going to the gym always gives you muscles?
