Sorry this one is a little bit on the long side, I edited it as much as possible (to make it as short as possible) – but I felt that there was a lot that I wanted to share in this one.

  22. I have a similar body composition to yours and I don’t eat nearly healthy enough. Just kind of makes me wonder what I could achieve if I actually did. Sometimes I feel like my goals are out of reach.
    And thanks for being one of the few people out there who are actually sensible about calories. 1200 is what I need to intake in order to lose weight and that is a number that was tested and calculated by a licensed dietitian (NOT a nutritionist). People are always shocked by that number but when you don’t move around a lot on a daily basis, you really don’t need to intake that much “energy”.
