  1. holy crap! I’m sweating more then I’ve sweat in a LONG time (and I workout almost every day). Great workout. its ten p.m. but had to get another workout in because my hot water heater broke. Don’t want to take a shower with cold water, while I’m cold!

  2. oh my god, this almost killed me. anything that gets my heart up a lot is slowly killing me. the 2nd round I did almost everything 15s (i was waiting for that godly voice to start counting down) but I finished it! kudos to me i guess

  3. so my thoughts before starting this workout “oh this is an older workout, shouldn’t be too hard.” HA HA HA yea right!!! dead dead dead. love the soreness tho
