Low impact, beginner, fat burning, home cardio workout. ALL standing!

Body Fat Tip:
When you face the need to lose weight, it's critical to assess your appetites as well as the tradeoffs you are willing to make. What's important to you – quantity or quality? Is quantity important in some foods but not others? What foods do you insist be high quality? The reason you should think these things through is this: if you choose a way of eating that doesn't suit your appetites, you will find yourself hungry and/or frustrated. You will need to make some decisions about what you want to eat, and what you're willing to forego in order to make your weight loss goals. Could you live without fried chicken if it meant you could have delicious lean grilled steak on a salad? It is essential to think through these tradeoffs so that your eating will become more mindful. When the weather is nice outside, try taking a quick, brisk walk before you eat lunch or dinner. You will benefit by burning a few extra calories, and chances are after some exercise you will be less likely to eat foods that are unhealthy. You will also feel really good, and will have a lower chance of overeating.

  1. Too many unnecessary silly moves. This should not be a dance class. When the silly moves come up I just go into knee repeaters, quick lunges with 5 kilo dumbbells or star jumps with 2kg dumbbells. I find this keeps me going faster and burning a lot more calories. I love cardio with dumbbells, not an aerobics class.
