In this 30 minute cardio workout, I (Daniel) take you through a number of interval drills to raise your heart rate, burn calories and release those feel good hormones.

This low impact cardio workout includes a warm up and a cool down before and after the exercise routine, we advise you follow both for safety and best practise.

This beginner routine is in our cardio range – we also provide Personal Training (resistance), Pilates and Yoga workouts.

  1. Great workout…did it once per day for 4 consecutive days and I can see a significant difference in my waistline. My results are more drastic than my husband’s but we are both losing weight. Wear this with a waist trimmer and only drink water and you’ll see results, believe me. Can’t wait to see what I look like in a month.

  2. This is my favorite workout video! This is actually the first workout video that I’ve been able to go all the way through to the end. I feel absolutely amazing when it’s finished. One thing I do that really helps me get through it is to take a 2-3 minute break after each circuit. I’ve lost 26 pounds so far thanks to body project! 🙂

  4. I love this guys style, most YouTube videos I do cardio with encourage to push through and its difficult because of my heart condition because I HAVE to take breaks. I enjoy that this guy includes them in his videos and encourages to take a breather. Unlike other videos I don’t have to pause so frequently because the quick breaks are much needed : )

  5. This workout is bae. I use to think low impact meant it was going to be an easy workout because your avoiding high impact stuff (jumps, etc) but this is not the case. Low impact doesn’t mean low burn or low effort. Im drenched in sweat!!

  6. Loved this workout! I’m not by any means new to exercise, but this sure got my heart rate up, and sweat dripping. It’s hard to find great low impact cardio that does that for me.

I really love this video I feel motivated to keep trying I barely started I tried working out with my brother in law but I felt like the exercise moves he tried teaching me were more advanced he made me feel bad because I couldn’t do them and kept falling but with Daniels videos I feel great the exercise aren’t bad and I feel like I can accomplish !!
