  2. I listened to this last night and it works so well! I’m overweight and today the only thing I ate was a cup of tea and a crescent roll. Other than that, I didn’t even think about food! I will no doubt use this again.

  5. I have woke up twice now on me own and have restarted the video. I do wake up a couple of times usually. I will try your other ones to sleep through the night. I really don’t feel that sleepy. I’ll keep listening to this one and others. Is there one for my real problem I have. When I was 5 I flew off a push merry-go-round and hit the corner of my school building. My parents couldn’t afford to have me tested to see what damage that was done. I remember bits of it but not the hiting part thank God. I had problems in school because of it. I don’t remember huge parts of growing up and being married, having kids. I was in a store the other day and this woman was’t too happy with me because I din’t talk to her. I couldn’t remeber her and she’s only a few blocks where I live at. It was embarasing. If I don’t see at least these people or talk to them on the phone every day I don’t remeber them. I din’t know my neighbours name for 2 years and she lives across the street. I gave up practing my banjo my ex bought me when we were married, and learing a new language when we had lived in a diffreent country. It’s depressing because I really would like to learn how to play and and learn the language. This is kind of funny yet sad. I remeber watching an old telly programme and they had a hynotist on it. I went to bed and thought if he can make those people do what they did I wonder if he could help me. Then I found your videos. I don’t know if they will help but I’m going to keep on with the ones I need to watch and if there are any others that will help me I would greatly apprectiate it if you will let me know. Ta.

  6. Day 1- Last night I out this on. Only had 5 hr sleep because I went to bed late. I woke up hungry and put some hash browns in the oven for my kids. After it started cooking I didn’t want any of it. Around 10am I toasted a slice of bread, cooked one egg, and one slice of cheese. Normally I’d have a sandwich with 2 eggs, 2 slices of bread, and the hash browns. So breakfast was good and small. For lunch j had chili’s bottomless chips, soup, and salad. I didn’t reorder anything cuz I was stuffed halfway. Dinner I had pulled pork Cole slaw sandwich which took me like 3 hours to eat. The desire wasn’t fully there. Normally I’d have that plus a midnight snack and dessert. All in all it was a successful day.

  7. At the end of my day today I noticed that I ate super clean and didn’t stress about it I just made better food choices. I stopped and realized I did good today as I was turning it back on tonight. Wow I’m definitely going to do a full 21 days of this and hopefully I will see more results. Great relaxing video.

  8. Second week begins. Hoping for the best. Can feel a slight difference though prior programming killing me. But definitely there is a shift

  9. Idk why but I just can’t fall asleep to this it kinda makes me feel uncomfortable and a little scared

  10. I have a problem when i listen it takes me quite a while to fall asleep and then the alarm wakes me up so I technically don’t get 8 hours of sleep I get like about 7 and a half
