Body Fat Tip:
Be sure to pay attention to your portion sizes. Most foods have nutritional info that will tell you what a portion size is. Take up measuring your food into these portion sizes so that you can learn what they look like. If you know how much you should have, you can be sure to only eat that much. Drinking a glass of juice provides your body with far too much sugar, so choose a glass of water and eating an actual fruit instead to help you lose weight. Fruit also contain fiber, which you won't get unless you eat the skin and the pulp. Apples are excellent for a dieter!

  2. No , she is not . You guys are just politically correct . He needs to continue measuring abs, bicep, under shoulder blade, and thighs then he will get the total measurements. According to the BMI , she is obese. But, people want to hear what they want to hear , not what they need to hear.
