  1. Wow! Thanks for this! The calculator gave me similar BF% as my scale. Doing this just made me feel good about what I'm doing and that I don't need to go so crazy with dieting even further. 21% is perfectly fine for someone like me who has no interest in competing — I just enjoy lifting weights. 🙂

  2. Well I got %15 body fat but there ain't no way. The pictures of 15% body fat the people tend to have a flat stomach, and I still got a bit of a gut. Idk man. I better just go get it tested for real
