Are you looking on how to lose weight? Today, I share with you my workout routine at planet fitness! I hope my transformation gave you guys some motivation to get in the gym and kick some butt! I know i am not a personal fitness trainer but I wanted to share with you guys my workout to hopefully help some of you out! please comment any questions you may have so that I can answer and help, just let me know 🙂

Disclaimer: These workouts are all of my workouts combined into one video! This is NOT one gym session, but actually 4 days worth of gym sessions.

Upright row- 4 sets x 10 reps
Deadlift- 3 sets x 10 reps
Back squat- 3 sets x 10 reps

chest press- 3 sets x 10 reps
chest fly- 3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral pull down- 3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral row- 3 sets x 10 reps
Lateral pull down (cord)- 2 sets x 10 reps
Lateral pull down (2nd cord)- 2 sets x 10 reps
Standing cable fly- 4 sets x 10 reps
Tri-cep pulldown- 3 set x 10 reps
Bi-cep curl- 3 sets x 10 reps
Tri-cep extension- 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated leg curl- 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated leg extension- 3 sets x 10 reps
Seated leg press- 3 sets x 10 reps
Hip abduction- 4 sets x 20 reps
Hip abduction reversed- 4 sets c 20 reps
Glute extension- 3 sets x 15 reps

  1. I saw in the description you said these workouts were separate into 4 days. How would each day look? Would you do the smith machine one day and the machines another? Or something else?

  2. sometimes on machines i can barely reach the handles with my arms and it hurts my fingers i wish they were more adjustable for petite people.

  3. Does anyone have any tips for keeping your heart rate down during running? I love to run, but my heart rate will often go from 150ish BPM when I’ve been walking after doing weights to 200ish BPM after not even 30 seconds of running. I really want to be able to run for at least five minutes, but right now, it’s hard to keep my heart rate low enough to do that comfortably.
