  11. food choices are what make me gain the most, i do workouts every night with
    my sister and brother but i still get tempted with the chips in the pantry.
    my actual meals are normally balanced, for breakfast i eat eggs and bacon
    and maybe a fruit if i have time then at school i drink a juice if i’m
    thirsty, for lunch i eat whatever the meat is at school and try to stay
    away from most of the bread that i get, along with the meat i eat the
    fruits and vegetables and a little bite of a cookie that my friend breaks
    off for me, for dinner my grandma makes it for us and it’s normally a meat,
    vegetables and maybe some type of carb. but when i get home me and my
    sister both grab snacks and i have energy/iron problems so i’m always tired
    so after i eat my unhealthy snack (unless i get string cheese) i go to
    sleep then wake up for dinner, eat that then go back to sleep for the rest
    of he night. but on a day that my iron is okay, i do the same three meal
    deal then eat a snack after school then at around 7-8, i know eating this
    late is bad but i get very hungry and don’t know what to do. i used to
    limit myself to only two meals and my grandma is just now noticing because
    i started dropping weight in a bad way, i was only eating one meal then i
    went up to two meals and now i’m at three but when i eat three meals i feel
    more hungry compared to when i eat one or two. idk what’s wrong but i need
    help bc i’m 13 and weigh 168ish and was dropping before i started eating
    lunch and breakfast.
