schedule of 20 minutes a day.. four weeks before our marriage day i lost
12kg’s and my wife 8 kg’s. We sincerely say thank you for this advice.

At Breakfast 2 salad sandwich including brownbread kakri tomato and pudina
chutney with apple and Green tea
at Lunch oats with curd just like you suggest and apple and orange AMD

At evening on 7:30 boli chana with onion and tomato lil salt and aam chur

at Dinner i used to eat plain Dal.
