  1. This is so true. Honestly the best place to start is from a health standpoint. Think about how all that sugar and refined flour products is damaging your body and aging you prematurely. If you cut down on this one area, your life and fat loss will drastically improve in no time. Just remember the fat on your body did not come from the fat you ate. It came from the vast amount of sugar and starch that you stored as fat.

  2. You are right on point. So many trainers and coaches throw a meal plan to a client and then expect them to figure it out. It goes way deeper. I am a client, and until I changed my internal dialogue and set boundaries around eating, my friends and even family, and especially my emotions- this is what led to change.
