Am doing this work out for past two weeks.i am getting shoulder pain the connecting point between head and back .. while doing second and third one .. may i know why..am.i doing wrong @svetlana

its my 2nd week…i do this workout twice a day….but hardly can see any difference….how many more days should i hav to wait??

A couple of days ago I couldn’t even keeps up with her and had to take tiny breaks between moves but now I’m definitely getting better at this! My arms don’t feel as sore and I feel a little stronger. I’m excited to see the results in a few weeks ❤️.
