I'm 5'5 and went from 285 pounds down to 185 pounds, i have visible collar bones seperation between my shoulders, biceps and triceps visible outline of abs, can clearly see my chest flex and have some vascularity even without a pump, seperation in my quads and hamstrings and pretty defined calves and glutes. Does 18% sound about right? I look pretty similar to jeff nippard during his bear mode phase
