Man.. my body is so weird. Im only 5’11 and i weigh 189lbs but people say I look skinny. I have some belly I want to get rid of but i dont want to go on a diet or do lots of cardio because i dont wanna look skinnier. i really dont know what to do.. does anyone have any idea?

Machines lie bro…I burn 313 for my weight (173) on recumbent bike in 30 minutes but the machine tells me 430. Great video regardless.
