Don't eat more than one egg per day. It is best if you can reduce your egg intake to three a week. Chocolates should be treated as luxury items. Buy the good stuff and only eat them every once in awhile. If you really savor each morsel, you'll experience that much more joy in eating them and they will taste even better.

  4. I was on keto, did well, but the fact is, there is a lot of salt and water, and my hsving HBP, I was concerned about electrolytes. I consider myself on dirty keto, as I still avoid sugar for the most part. Right now, I sense that my potassium is low, so I researched low potassium, and too high, and I had at least four low potassium symptoms, and developed sugar cravings just yesterday. I insisted on bloodwork last week, went to the lab asap to get it, and a few days later the doctor's staff has not called, and today, I call them. I have NO trouble fastng for many hours, and I work myself silly in my garden, but that work makes me hungry. Otherwise, I don't feel hungry often. I want to be off a diet, but eat sensibly without putting on pounds.
