By doing these calorie-burning exercises at home you will be able to lower your body fat generally, which will in turn help you reduce fat from the ‘problem' areas, such as thighs, belly, arms, butt or chest.

  1. I actually thought it will not be too tough for me. I was so wrong! This workout literally kicked the crap out of me. I am shaky and can hardly breathe. Gonna try this for a week. Starting weight : 77.2 kgs

    Day 1 : Done
    Day 2: Done – I am feeling so sore, it is harder than yesterday 🙁 But I won't give up!
    Day 3 : Done (Rethinking all my life's decision!! Crying in V's lost slipper)

    Ok So I fell ill and couldn't continue since past week. I am still feeling too weak but here I am trying.

    Day 4: done
    Day 5 : skip (I was feeling so weak, couldn't workout. Walked around 5k steps)
    Day 6 : done
