  1. can someone help me! I hear that mixing green tea extract and carnitine is actually a good thing to do. it gives you lots of energy and has all the benefits he went over, my question is if I take those 2 in the morning before I work (my work includes climbing ladders, walking, lifting 5-gallon buckets, etc, most of the time moderately active). will I be able to then take yohimbine after work when I go to the gym?
