Don't eat more than one egg per day. It is best if you can reduce your egg intake to three a week. Chocolates should be treated as luxury items. Buy the good stuff and only eat them every once in awhile. If you really savor each morsel, you'll experience that much more joy in eating them and they will taste even better.

She won't do what the Dr asks,so why should he help her.
1200 calories is way too low, that's how much a very small woman would eat on a diet, she would still lose weight very rapidly even on 2500. I have a maintenance caloric intake of around 3000 and did an eating challenge that involved eating only 800 calories for a weak, and that was quite tough. On 1200 calories she will be in an even larger deficit, and adding on enormous mental health problems and food addiction, it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that she couldn't stick to that.
