  3. I just did 3 rounds of 4 exercises with your Tabata Protocol (20:10) yesterday! I have to admit it is TOUGH doing Burpees sometimes!

    I have a sore martial arts shoulder…..

    I did the modified version of Burpee you show sans the “push-up” ~ but it helps to rest taxed shoulders!
