  3. well I think FitnessBlender’s workouts are a lot more professional. Even
    though this work out got me nice and tired I found that the body weight
    rounds (like lunges and crunches) were far too fast to use muscle strength,
    she was using more momentum than muscle strength in those rounds. Plus I
    didn’t like that each water break was actually intentioned to promote
    Herbalife products as shown on the bottle.
