well I think FitnessBlender’s workouts are a lot more professional. Even
though this work out got me nice and tired I found that the body weight
rounds (like lunges and crunches) were far too fast to use muscle strength,
she was using more momentum than muscle strength in those rounds. Plus I
didn’t like that each water break was actually intentioned to promote
Herbalife products as shown on the bottle.
So glad i didn’t prepare myself by watching this video first and then
performing, cause i’d definnately wouldn’t! Amazing workout, but wow, that
was tough!
I can follow through the entire video out of breath but does it really burn
