This may be a stupid question, but I am going to ask it anyway.  You suggest not doing HIIT workouts more than 3-4 times per week, so I am trying to stick to that.  However, are all your workouts labeled HIIT if they are HIIT??  This workout isn’t labeled HIIT, but the format seems like a HIIT to me.  Am I missing the real definition of HIIT, or how can I be sure to pick the right workouts on my days off of HIIT?  I hope that makes sense.  I want to get the most bang for my buck each time I workout, considering I have limited time to workout.  I also don’t want to overdo it or injure myself.  Thanks for all your great videos and advice.  They really help me manage life and staying active and healthier.
