  1. I’ve been doing this for 37 days now. Just once a day and I’ve lost 10KG. It’s probably even more than that, considering the muscle weight I’ve gained during this time as well. I tried on the one size too small jeans I bought a while ago, and they fit perfectly! I’m not even on any type of specific diet. Just using MyFitnessPal to observe my calorie intake, so basically eat anything I want, but the app helps me keep me on the daily goal and makes you aware of what is actually healthy..for example: changed milk chocolate to dark chocolate…just by choice…have even had Macdonald’s at some point, but since the daily goal was normal I still keep loosing weight. The combination of these two works perfectly, I’m still in shock myself since I don’t feel like I’m on a diet or exercising THAT much…although these results have made me so happy I’m considering adding more workout on top of it. It’s given me more energy and determination to get proper fit!
