    treatments chemo & radio and are on cancer tablets I have found it
    difficult to loose weight ( the tablets I’m on put weight on me ) I have
    problems doing much exercise as my treatment weakened my bones so I’m in a
    lot of pain but after watching your videos about diet. & exercise I think I
