30-Minute HIIT Cardio Workout with Warm Up – No Equipment at Home | SELF

Body Fat Tip:
In weight lifting, technique is more important than the amount of weight being used, the speed of exercise, or the frequency of workouts. Each particular exercise in a routine should be carefully practiced and thoroughly mastered. It is best to get this practice early, with lighter weights, so that using increased weight later will yield maximum results.

In This Video:
In this high intensity cardio bodyweight workout from trainer Lita Lewis, you’ll spike your heart rate with high-knees, fast feet, and star jumps; plus work your core and lower body with jumping lunges and planks – at home! No equipment needed!

  1. I used to think having Diabetes disease was the end of life for me but all that change when I came across Dr IGUDIA on YouTube who gave me his natural herbs medication which I used in curing my type 2 Diabetes .

  2. I love it that at the start you tell us what movements to expect. Makes my mind at easy and helps me to prepare and go totally in the excercise at hand, in stead of being surprised every time and loose energy to the adjusting part . Thank you for that!!

  3. This isn’t hiit cardio. This is interval training. HIGH INTENSITY interval training is when you go all out for 20-60 seconds and then rest for several minutes. Doing hiit cardio properly leaves you gasping for air, not being able to speak a word and you can only do it for 3-5 sets before feeling like you’re literally dying.
