  1. I have to say, this is the first time I can finish an entire 30 min workout video without stopping. I wanted to give up at some point, but I didn't, because I didn't feel like a complete garbage like I could feel with other workout videos.
    I'm 27 and a little overweight, I don't have any stamina when doing sport, I felt a lot down by the past when trying to lose weight because I didn't feel good enough for sport when I was trying to do some, it was too hard or too intense for me. Thanks to this video I feel confident again !
    Can't wait to do it again till it feel easier and can't wait to progress !

So let me tell you what I think this video is so clam I mean calm it's way calm like other workout videos makes me so tired out of all the running and going fast jumping to much while this video gives me calm workouts and the point is I like this workout because you don't have to go fast jump to they are going their speed while also they tell us we can go slower or faster if we want and these calm running's it makes me feel that breeze and air coming in me I really like how this feels I do not use a diet I have been eating calm foods I am drinking a lot of water and doing this workout 3 times a day again I am not on a diet I am eating foods like fruits foods that are good for you it is ok if you kinda drink some milk eat some other foods because that's what I do and I still have a good looking body if I do say so myself.
