  1. Dear Cassey I am a student and have really long school.I wake up at 5:00
    and go home at 15:00 (or i should) but i stay 1 more hour to do do i do that?

  2. help! Im trying to get more healthy. Im fat but im not worried about that,
    its just to be more healthy. Im trying to get better sleep. If I go to
    sleep at 3am then im fine through the night and in the summer I would get
    up at about 9:30am. If I go to sleep at 10,11 or twelve then I have night
    mares all night, then I wake up at 3am and don’t fall back to sleep. I
    don’t know why this happens

  3. I may be stressed, but I don’t go to bad foods. I get 8 hour sleep, and I
    drink about 90 ounces of water a day. and I haven’t lost any weight.

  4. Im 13 and play football every fall and every year i diet over the summer
    but nothing ever changes, i literally will lose 4 lbs in 2 weeks then 1 day
    later its back, can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong or some other diet
    i could try?

    300-500 calories a day, but I just don’t loose weight anymore. I think it’s
    because I sleep too little and am under constant stress… I really have to
    improve that, but I don’t know how to get rid of the stress. :/

  9. I can relate to all three! I had to take a nap today because I felt off. I
    ended up sleeping 3-5 hours! *shocked face* Wow! Plus I’m stressed because
    I had mouth surgery on Monday, and normally you lose lots of weight after
    having mouth surgery because you can’t eat as much or as well. I’ve only
    lost 1.5 lbs since Monday.

  16. i’m trying so hard to get enough sleep but its hard because my school start
    at 6:45 and i have to wake up at 5 am and i came home from school at 7 pm
    with tons of homework so its hard to get enough sleep for me
