  1. This is an amazing workout. It's perfect for those days when you don't have a lot of time and these movements cover everything from cardio to some ground and core work. Total body workout.

  2. this was my first at-home workout and i was looking for something to push me a little more than my daily walks. this was P E R F E C T. just enough to get me sweating but nothing to over the top that i wouldn't want to do this again!
