  1. As a very picky eater who is trying to lose weight, I was pleasantly surprised with this list! It looks like I can easily incorporate a lot of these foods into my diet. I've never tried quinoa, but I definitely will after this video!

  2. Unpopular opinion – I know 3 vegans. All three are miserable and suffer from the same issue. Being anaemic and having super low iron levels which leads to always being low on energy. I'm not saying that there isn't a way around it, however, humans are carnivorous. Evolutionary we are predators. Just look at our teeth. So before anyone goes vegan, make sure that you have FULLY studied and found what vitamins and minerals your body will need that you'd normally get from meats, fish and milk products. And make sure that these supplements will work for you. One of my vegan friends has been miserable for over 10 years and even doctors can't find a supplement that would help her because her body doesn't accept the supplements. All I'm saying is – be careful with going full on vegan. Although vegan cakes are amazing!
