When dieting, keep lots of raw fruits and vegetables in your refrigerator. Buy them cleaned and cut or prepare a large portion at the beginning of each week, so that you always have some ready to eat.   1. Probably that's why I wasn't gaining weight as a child. Pumpkin, sweetpotato, cassava, beans , corn , eggplant, spinach, small fish, and peanuts is mostly what I ate my whole childhood

  2. Tip: drink lemonade with less sugar and more ice cube , it might taste horrible but you will see outstanding results + water is your best friend

  3. just learned before this vid to stay away from all potatoes.. all very startchy foods so I'm now cutting them out.. was only eating sweet potatoes but now I know foods grown below ground are all very starchy. a portion of sweet potatoes for example have triple the calories of similar volume of other vegetables like carrots . SO hardly good for weight loss.
